Application Application can be done in person or by mail to IFA-HK by completing the application form together with the fee and relevant supporting documents For Student For Technician For Associate or Fellow For Exemption For Transfer 2. Check list for application Application Form signed and dated Applicable Subscription Fee including Administration Fee Certified True Copies of highest tertiary qualifications Certified True Copies of membership certificates of other professional bodies Work reference from present employer Please provide a current job description confirming the date of commencement (if self employed, please attach a copy of your letterhead and state how long you have been self employed as Fellow member (at least 3 years relevant experiences) as Associate member (at least 1 year relevant experience) 3. Membership Fee 2010 0 Annual Subscription Administration Fee Student £20 £15 Technician £60 £40 Associate £84 £40 Fellow £87 £40 Transfer (Associate to Fellow) £ 3 £20 Retired £27 / Replacement certificate / £16.45 The administration fee is non-refundable and includes VAT. Remittance should be made in Pound Sterling (GBP) by cheque / Bank Draft payable to "THE INSTITUTE OF FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANTS" or by Visa/Mastercard. 4. The application will then be forwarded to IFA UK for assessment 5. Membership committee will be held once a month. Results of Applications will be sent to the applicants within TWO MONTHS.
