Introduction The Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA) was established in 1916. It is one of the leading professional institute in England for issuing the accountant certificate to those qualified accountants. Moreover, IFA has the longest history in the accounting professional community. Nowadays, IFA have 35,000 members and fellow members from 80 countries. The aim of this institute is to provide professional financial accountants in the business industry. Furthermore, IFA certifies the professional accountant qualification for their members. For our membership, there are three different levels: AFT, AFA and FFA. AFA is equivalent to the accountant level in China, FFA is equivalent to senior accountant in China. Being the leading professional accountant institute in the world, we are planning to run the Bachelor Degree Bridging Program in Accounting for Bolton University (United Kingdom) in Mainland China. 英國財務會計師公會(The Institute of Financial Accountants)創立於1916年，是英國第一大為工商業會計師授予資格証明的專業機構，也是世界上歷史最長的專業會計團體之一。 目前在全球80多個國家擁有35,000多名會員和學員。 本會的主要宗旨是為社會提供服務於工商業領域的財務會計師人才，並為這些專業的會計師人才授予會員資格。 本會有技術會員(AFT)、基本會員（AFA）和資深會員（FFA）三個級別；基本會員相當於中國的會計師級別，資深會員相當於中國高級會計師的級別。 作為世界上歷史最長的專業會計團體，我們還計劃在中國內地陸續推出銜接英國寶盾大學的會計師專業學位課程。
